Outlook: गवारगम फिल हाल डल बाझार हो चूका हे. चाइना मे फीर एकवार कोरोना का हाहाकार हे इस लीये फुड सेकटर की डिमान्ड थोडी कम हे. रशिया मे गम की निर्यात बढीथी वो भी रुकी हे, लेकिन आगे युरोपमे ओर अमेरिकामे गम डिमान्ड रीकवरी आने की उम्मीद हे.

Outlook: Castor market is stuck in a narrow range. Chinese demand seen little disrupted due to fresh corona wave. European demand also seen stagnant due to price rationing. As of now market looks little toppish. Going forward, we need to see how war and edible oil market scenario evolve. 

Strategy: We have sold @ 7300. Exit cost to cost. We already posted in our group. Long term view bearish, but short term we may stay sidelined.

Outlook: Jeera market looks little overheated. Harvest time bull run need to be played out with caution. Its look like a long-term bull market with sound fundamental and sound technical. However some time bull mkts make spring type rally- run too far too fast and bullock cart topples. So we need to carefully watch velocity, momentum and pace. Rule of Physics are quite useful in trading also.
